Chih Kai Lee representing Chinese Taipei!
Lee has been on the National team since 2014 and he became an Olympian when he traveled to Rio de Janeiro in 2016. He competed in both the All Around and Pommel Horse.🙌
More recently, he was a fierce competitor at the Melbourne World Cup last year with a Silver on Pommel Horse, Silver on Vault and just missed out on a podium spot in the Parallel Bars in fourth. 🥈🥈
After the World Cup in Melbourne, he sustained an injury that took three months to recover yet; for the rest of 2018, Lee found himself with a handful of medals to his name.
He competed at the World Championship in Doha at the end of 2018 where he claimed Bronze on the Pommel Horse. This Bronze medal meant that Lee became the first artistic gymnast representing Chinese Taipei with win a medal on the Pommel Horse at World Championships. 👏
He also competed at the Pacific Rim Championships in 2018 at Medellin, a brilliant performance resulted in Gold on Vault, Silver on Pommel Horse and Bronze for his Floor routine.
There will be some interest to see how 李智凱 Chih Kai Lee goes at this year’s World Cup, you will see him competing on the Pommel Horse of course and Parallel Bars.
